2. Program Objectives:
Graduates of the Law program will:
- Possess solid political qualities, ethics, health, and civic responsibility.
- Master comprehensive and systematic knowledge of law and related social sciences.
- Develop core legal practice skills, digital competence, and adaptability to Industry 4.0.
- Demonstrate research capacity, independent and creative problem-solving, and lifelong learning.
- Uphold ethics, respect for law, autonomy, and social responsibility.
3. Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs):
Upon completion of the Law program, graduates will acquire knowledge, skills, and demonstrate autonomy and responsibility as follows:
3.1 Knowledge
- ELO1: Apply foundational knowledge of political science, social sciences, history, culture, and political–legal theories as a basis for legal study and research.
- ELO2: Demonstrate foreign language proficiency (Level 3/6 – VN Framework), IT literacy, and digital competence aligned with the national framework, including safe data use and AI applications in study and research.
- ELO3: Apply comprehensive theoretical and basic practical knowledge of law, including state and law theory, constitutional law, human rights, and legal research methods.
- ELO4: Apply specialized legal knowledge to solve issues from basic to advanced in administrative, commercial, civil, criminal, procedural, and international law.
3.2. Skills
- ELO5: Communicate legal knowledge effectively in oral and written form; draft legal documents and common contracts to resolve practical legal issues.
- ELO6: Demonstrate skills in planning, organizing, evaluating, legal practice, entrepreneurship, problem-solving, secure technology use, and understanding digital legal transactions.
- ELO7: Employ communication, teamwork, critical thinking, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation of legal data, information, and regulations.
- ELO8: Use foreign languages in communication, study, and research (Level 3/6 – VN Framework); apply IT effectively to legal work, information search, and digital problem-solving; adapt to diverse digital technologies.

- Legal officers in state agencies: Courts, Procuracies, Justice Departments, Enforcement Authorities, and Inspectorates.
