2. Program Objectives:

Graduates of the E-Commerce program will:

  • Possess strong political qualities, professional ethics, good health, and high social responsibility.
  • Be equipped with modern and specialized knowledge in e-commerce, IT, and digital business management.
  • Be capable of strategic planning, business decision-making, and managing e-commerce operations.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, research capacity, adaptability, and lifelong learning skills in the digital economy.

3. Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs):

Upon completion of the E-Commerce program, graduates will acquire knowledge, skills, and demonstrate autonomy and responsibility as follows:

3.1 Knowledge

  • ELO1: Systematize and apply policies, laws, and foundational knowledge in natural and social sciences to support e-commerce decision-making and digital information management.
  • ELO2: Apply economic theories and specialized knowledge with digital tools to solve business management issues in e-commerce enterprises.
  • ELO3: Integrate IT and management knowledge to evaluate and innovate e-commerce processes, products, and services (marketing, logistics, supply chain, customer service).
  • ELO4: Analyze micro- and macro-environments, identify business opportunities, develop ideas, and apply digital analytics for strategy optimization and trend forecasting.

3.2. Skills

  • ELO5: Analyze, plan, implement, and evaluate e-commerce activities; manage digital content, copyright, and licensing; integrate AI responsibly in decision-making.
  • ELO6: Apply AI to collect and analyze business data, create and manage digital content, and support investment and product promotion.
  • ELO7: Use AI in task execution and performance evaluation; refine digital solutions, propose innovations, and enhance transparency and productivity in enterprise management.
  • ELO8: Solve IT infrastructure issues, work effectively in teams, and adapt digital communication tools for global e-commerce contexts.
  • ELO9: Develop self-learning, creative, and critical digital thinking; work systematically; respect cultural and generational diversity in digital environments.
